The Corner is a French – American fusion household and one of its proprietors is a world-class chef! Our table d’hote brings a unique blend of social, culinary, and service culture from both the U.S. and France and our exclusive wines receive well-deserved praise from all.
Chef Raphael is a graduate of the Culinary School of Chamalieres, France. He uses the freshest ingredients from the Vendee whenever possible for his unique culinary delights.
The Corner Propreties, is the ideal establishment for all types of smaller gatherings. We have a grand salon, hall, garden, and entertainment salon with a grand piano. We can accommodate up to 30 people for intimate gatherings for formal service and many more for barbeques and other buffet style service.

The Chambres D’Hotes – The Corner
This beautifully decorated 209 year old building boasts a beautiful dining room, piano bar, and BoHo-inspired garden terrace for your special event.
The five uniquely decorated bedrooms at the top of an original Napoleon staircase, include two suites that sleep up to four people in each, and three small bedrooms that sleep two people. Cribs are also available for all rooms.
The base prices below include the venue with use of bicycles and secure private parking with two electric car charging stations.
Please review base pricing below to determine if one or both of our venues are right for you:
- The building (1-3 days with 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 15 people) 3500€
- The building (1 day event only, without use of the bedrooms) 1500€
Meals (minimum price per meal) 15€ per person
The final price will depend on meal, menu and style (formal or buffet)
The maximum number of attendees for the event up to 70 people
The final count will vary depending upon the season and use of the garden terrace
Wine (White, Rose, Red) 12€ per bottle
(If you choose to bring your own wine there will be a 5 euro per bottle store, cork & serve fee.)
All other drinks market price + 20%
(Champagne, sparkling mousse, soft drinks, bottled water (flat or sparkling)
Additional Items, Decoration or Specialty Desserts market price + 20%
(tents, flowers, unique decoration, etc…)
